Valerie L. Petredis

Valerie Lynn Petredis (nee Cafazo), 70, of Independence, KY, passed away on January 7th, 2023. She was born February 27, 1952 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Valerie Petredis was married to Stanley Petredis for 35 years before his passing and was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and daughter. 

Preceded in death by her husband Stanley Petredis, parents Patrick Cafazo and Geneva Cafazo and her son, Scott Petredis, Valerie is survived by siblings Patricia Jackson, John Cafazo, Larry (Cathy) Cafazo, and Pamela (John) Scappatura. She is also survived by her children Chuck (Nora) Pfahler, Geneva Combs, Joe Sanders, Larry (Heather) Vinson, and Tom (Joy) Petredis. Valerie was also a loving and caring grandmother to 12 grandchildren.

A Funeral Service will be held on January 13th at 2:00pm with a Visitation beforehand from 12pm to 2pm at Gilligan Funeral Home, 8225 Montgomery Rd 45236.
