Timothy Louis Mack
Toledo, OH
December 10, 1947- September 23, 2021
Timothy Louis Mack peacefully left this earth on September 23rd, 2021 after a long, complicated medical course, surrounded by his beloved children. As a man who always lived life “by the numbers,” he drew his last breath at 11:11. All of his eccentric quirks, dry sense of humor, and bad dad jokes will give us a life time of eye rolls to remember him by.
Tim received a bachelor of arts from the University of Toledo and spent his lifetime sharing his artistic talents which included television, works of art depicting his family and friends and supporting his family as a commercial artist with State Farm. He served in the US Army from 1970-1972.
He is survived by his 3 children, Lisa Mack, Marcus Mack, and Chloe (Brian) Cole, his sister Luanne Momenee, and his brothers, David (Andrea) Mack and Johnny (Connie) Mack. The thing that brought him the most joy in life were his grandchildren; Curtis Austin MackLowe and Baby Girl (“Smalls”) Cole, who will further bless our family in November 2021. Tim fought his hardest to be able to meet our newest member, while his devoted son Marcus held his hand and kept hope alive until the very end.
He is preceded in death by his parents Louis and Mary Mack, niece Jennifer Malatesta, sister-in-law Jane Mack and brother-in-law Joseph Momenee.
Visitation Friday, October 1st from 5-8pm at Gilligan Funeral Home 8225 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, October 2nd at 9:30am at St Gertrude Church 6543 Miami Avenue Cincinnati, OH 45242.
Our family would sincerely like to thank the medical teams who worked so diligently to care for Tim and in the end make him comfortable. In lieu of flowers we request a donation be made to the “Coronavirus Response Fund for Nurses”: https://www.nursingworld.org/foundation/programs/coronavirus-response-fund
We respectfully request only vaccinated people attend all services for the health and safety of our family and friends. As Tim would always conclude every conversation with “BE SAFE!”
