Margaret "Peggy" Joan Heidel (nee Walsh)

Peggy, born July 19, 1930, in Cincinnati, passed peacefully September 15, 2021 at Madeira Health Care Center, surrounded by her sons, grandchildren, and David & Donna Walsh.

Peggy married the love of her life, Paul John Heidel in 1951. She is survived by her sons James, Mark (Susan), and Jeffery; grandchildren Brad (Paula), Ryan, Megan, Alex, Nick, Lexi Heidel, and Andrew and Elizabeth Knowles. Peggy also had three great grandchildren, Bryce, Avery, and Hunter Heidel. Peggy is also survived by sister Barbara McMahon, sister-in-laws Janet and Mary Lou Walsh, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Peggy and Paul raised their four children in Miamiville, a suburb in northeast Cincinnati. They loved traveling, going to football games, playing cards, getting together with Moeller boosters, and of course, big family gatherings.

Peggy was preceded in death by her husband Paul, daughter Pamela, her brothers Jim, Willie, and Bob Walsh, brother-in-laws Bill McMahon, George Heidel, Bob Finley, and Dick Kamphaus, sister-in-laws Angie Heidel, Mary Finley, and Jane Kamphaus, as well as niece Deborah Walsh.

Donations in Peggy's honor can be sent to Hospice of Southwest Ohio, 7625 Camargo Rd 45243.

The Family will receive family and friends at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 8815 E. Kemper Rd 45249 on Thursday, September 23rd for Visitation from 9:00am-10:00am, followed by a Memorial Mass at 10:00am, officiated by Rev. Thomas Mannebach.
