Kevin G. Shannon

Kevin Gerard Shannon, age 62, passed away surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with cancer on November 10, 2022. Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Daniel.

Kevin was the husband of Lori (nee Thiemann), dear son of Daniel and Patricia, nephew of Margaret Shannon, loving brother of Patricia (Ted) Leugers, Daniel (Lisa), Jean, Gerald (Heidi), Brian (Terri), Kathleen (Andy) Czupik, and Mary Beth. Kevin was a Godfather, an uncle, and great uncle to numerous nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly as well. 

Kevin attended Moeller High School, playing the drums for the Moeller Marching Band. Besides being a life-long musician, Kevin served as a produce manager at Kroger, Site Supervisor for Blue Chip, Grounds Crew with Indian Hill Public Works, Service Department with Sycamore School District, and Head of Maintenance at Milford First United Methodist Church. Kevin also served as a Fireworks Site Supervisor for the Rozzi Fireworks Company. 

Kevin was known for his quick smile and great sense of humor. He loved and enjoyed life and spent his time teaching, helping, or training others. 

Visitation will be on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, from 9AM to 10AM. There will be a Memorial Mass immediately following.
