Donald L. Witwer

Donald Lee Witwer passed away September 28, 2023.  Born June 28, 1932 to Lee E. Witwer and Marie (nee Meyering) Witwer. Preceded in death by his parents, Donald is survived by his beloved wife Patricia, son Jeff (Lisa), daughter Jennifer, grandson Ryan, and granddaughter Lauren, as well as step-daughter Samantha and her son Mason.

Don began his sales career at Hague Real Estate and Brady Real Estate before moving on to Lazy Boy, where he became Manager of the Colerain store, as well as a member of the 3-Million Dollar Club, before retiring after 17 years of service. For several years after that, Don worked in part-time sales at Watson’s of Cincinnati.

In the 1950’s Don had a band, Don & The Emblems. He loved guitar music, his favorite player being Chad Atkins. He was an avid fan of Bangals football, Reds baseball, and loved horse racing.

A Celebration of Life will be held behind the church following Mass, after the family returns from the burial.
