Charles R. Heckman

Charles “Charlie” R. Heckman of Cincinnati, Ohio, age 80, father of Chuck Heckman, Kim Kube, and Rick (Jessica) Heckman, grandfather to Charles “Larry” Heckman, Melissa Lindberry (Chris), Steven Kube (Amy Wise), Luke Zinser, Ali Heckman, and Jude Heckman, and great grandfather to Michael Pritchett, passed away on Saturday, July 22, 2023. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Sharon, his parents, Charles R. Heckman, Sr. and Rosemary, and his brother David (from Texas).

Charlie was a faithful parishioner of St. Lawrence Catholic Church and enjoyed being a soccer coach and Cub Scout Master. He also served in the National Guard and then later in life as a Captain for 14 years with the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary.

At Charlie’s request, we are having a small intimate service for family and immediate friends to celebrate his life.

In lieu of flowers, we are requesting any donations to be sent to St. Lawrence Church, 3680 Warsaw Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45205.
