William A. Phipps, Jr. age 89 passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2021. Loving husband to Elaine (nee Neidhard) for 65 years. Loving father of Julie (David) Franson, Edward (Jessica) Phipps and Jack (Lisa) Phipps. Cherished Grandfather to Laura Villanueva (Franson), Allison Bentel (Franson), D.J. Franson, Bill Phipps, Jackson Phipps and Audrey Phipps and Great Grandfather of 5.

Proud 1950 graduate of Withrow High School and member of the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. Bill opened Phipps Reprographics in 1965 with the support of Elaine and continues operation with his two sons and nephew.

He loved his family, boating on the Ohio River and Skyline Chili. He lived life to the fullest among many friends and family members and his legacy and spirit will be felt for many years after his passing.

Visitation will be Monday, August 16th from 11:30am-1:00pm, followed by the Funeral Service at 1:00pm. Rest Haven Memorial Park, 10209 Plainfield Rd 45241.
