William Louis Payne IV, age 79, passed away Sunday, March 11, 2018. Loving father of Tracy (David R.) Junker, cherished grandfather of Alexandra and Nicolas Junker. Preceded in death by his beloved parents, William Louis Payne III and Loraine Lotterer and wife Lois Payne Mathews. Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at St. Vincent Ferrer Church, 7754 Montgomery Rd, 45236 from 10:00 am until Mass of Christian burial at 11:00 am. Burial to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to SPCA, 3949 Colerain Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223.
