William John Hronek, 76, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 4th, 2022.

Born October 18th, 1946 in Cincinnati to Mary (nee Paolello) and Carl Hronek, William attended Cincinnati's Moeller High School before going on to the University of Cincinnati. He also served 2 years in the Army.

In 1970, William married Nancy Banker in Cincinnati, with whom he had two children, David and Bradley.

William worked for U.S. Bank for 40 years, until his retirement in 2010. His last 10 years in banking were his favorite time of his career. During that time, he was a Sr. Vice President and Management Director of Sports Franchise Business.

William was an accomplished golfer and played any chance he got. Along with playing golf, he enjoyed watching the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals, as well as spending time with his grandchildren.

William was predeceased by his parents Carl and Mary Hronek, lovingly known as Pa and Mimi. He is survived by Nancy Hronek, David (Lisa) and Bradley (Amanda), sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Richard "Rock" Feichtner, nephew Daniel (Lisa) Feichtner, grandchildren, Lee, Kennedy, and Harper, and great-grandchildren Amelia and Jackson.

Services will be held at Gilligan Funeral Home, 8225 Montgomery Rd 45236, on December 16th at 12:00pm. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Wounded Warrior Project and/or V Foundation .
