William Earl Foster, beloved husband of Jean Bankemper Foster, devoted father of Raymond Foster, Gary (Paula) Foster, Kevin (Wendy) Foster, Joy (Bruce) Nichting, Connie (Steve) Hawkey, Vicky (Jim) Mohr and Margaret (Sterling) Human, dear brother of Patricia Tallarigo, also survived by 13 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and special child Millie Miller.
