Troy Scott Clements, age 44, passed away Sunday, January 6th, 2013. Born December 19, 1968 to the late Henry Terrance Clements and Nadine Ellen (Clements) Sutton in Cincinnati, OH. Troy attended St. Bernard Elmwood Place High School. He is survived by his two devoted children; Matthew and Adam Clements, his beloved siblings; Shane Gadberry, Jason and Tara Clements, a nephew of Sharon Karrick and the late Billy and Ronald Miller, Sr., significant other to Janie Fletcher Wesley, and her children Austin, Lauren and Tiffany Wesley, also survived by many family and friends. Visitation will be held from 5 - 8 PM Friday, January 11 at the Gilligan Funeral Home, 8225 Montgomery at Galbraith, Kenwood. Prayer Service at 10 AM Saturday in the funeral home, followed by interment at St. Mary's Cemetery, St. Bernard. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the American Heart Association.
