Thomas F. Payne, Esquire, P.H.D. Loving brother of Patricia A. Payne. Survived by numerous beloved Alpha Tao Omega brothers. Thomas attended Moeller High School, moved forward with his education at University of Notre Dame, then on to Clermont Graduate School and finally Vanderbilt University School of Law. Thomas was a professor at Hillsdale College in Michigan and the University of Cincinnati. He was also a private practice attorney in Cincinnati. Tom proudly served as an advisor to Alpha Tao Omega fraternity in Hillsdale, MI and Cincinnati and Semper Fi in Cincinnati. He was a member of Alliance Francaise. Departed on June 20, 2014 at the age of 67. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 26, 2014 starting at 9:00 AM at St. Gertrude the Great, 4900 Rialto Rd, West Chester, OH 45069. Rosary will be held at 10:00 am followed by Requiem Mass at 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church.
