Thomas A. Lee, Jr., beloved son of Thomas A. Lee (Rachel) and Jane Lee (John), loving grandson of Judy Martin and Betty Otten, dear father of Katlyn Lee, devoted boyfriend of Dreama Owens, brother of Robert, Michael and Bridget Lee, also survived by nieces, nephews and friends. Departed Monday, December 9, 2013 at the age of 30 years. Visitation Monday, December 16 at the Gilligan-Siefke-Grueter Funeral Home, 3671 Warsaw Ave. from 11am until Funeral Service at 1pm. The family requests Memorials be directed to the family c/o the funeral home.
