Theodore "Ted" Kosakowski, beloved husband of the late Patricia (nee Krawczyk) Kosakowski. Loving father of Julie (Eric) Tinnemeyer and Lisa Kosakowski. Son of the late Theodore and Inez Kosakowski. Proud grampy of Jacob, Ben, Olivia and Max Tinnemeyer, Anna Kosakowski, Aidan Gonzalez, Liam Vargas and the late Julia Gonzalez. Loving brother of Kate (Lou) Lazzara, Stephanie (Michael) Weir, and the late Joanne Vey, Raymond Kosakowski, Stanely Kosakowski, Louis Kosakowski and Lynn Kosakowski. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Passed away peacefully on Monday, September 7, 2015 at the age of 68. Dedicated employee at U.S. Bank, Downtown Cincinnati location. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 11th from 10 a.m. until Memorial Service at 12:00 p.m. at Gilligan Funeral Home, 8225 Montgomery Rd. In lieu of flowers, donations in remembrance of Ted may be directed to Hospice of Cincinnati.
