The Lord opened Heaven's doors to our beloved Teresa (Terri) Shannon (nee Frietsch), 60, of Mason, OH, while she was peacefully sleeping, on February 20, 2023. Daughter to loving parents William and Mary (Skippy) Frietsch of Cincinnati, and sister to brothers Joe, of Cincinnati and Billy, of DeLand, Florida. Terri will be remembered for her relentless love of her Lord, being an amazing wife, mother and passionate member of endless committees and organizations, especially those involving any of her eight children. Terri is survived by her loving husband, Brian, and eight amazing children ~ Brian Patrick, Matthew (Natalie), Andrew, Mary, Kristen, John, Christopher and Peter.

Faith, Family, Connection and Service, this was our Momma.

Faith: Lean on faith through every success, challenge, decision and opportunity each day. While things may not go according to our plans, all is within Gods plan. Trust and believe in him.

Family: The mother of 8 kids who made each one of us feel like we were her only child. Hard work, patience, overwhelming love and care, was what our mother excelled at. No person or circumstance can break the bond our mother created, that is the Shannon Family.

Connection: No matter the time, place or person...it was mom's time to connect, and she was great at it. She was our first mentor and taught us the importance of learning from others' experiences in order to shape our own.

Service: Each day, strive to give of yourself, abilities and blessings to those in need. Mom instilled in our family the importance of serving others and the happiness that results from giving of yourself, something that money just can't buy.

The man above decided he needed our mom earlier than any of us could have ever expected. We will strive each day to carry on mom's legacy through Faith, Family, Connection and Service until our time on earth is complete too.

We love you, our family and friends love you. Thank you for the impact you've had on all of us. The world is a better place because of Terri Shannon. Never a goodbye, but see you later, mom.

A Visitation will be held Saturday, March 4, 2023, from 9:00 AM – 10:45 AM at Saint Margaret of York Catholic Church, Loveland. A Mass of Christian Burial will proceed immediately following at 11:00 AM in the church.
