Susan Marie Zarnowiecki (née Modrall), daughter of John and Emily Modrall, beloved wife of 53 years to James (Jim) Zarnowiecki, loving mother to John, Paul, Matt, and Anne Zarnowiecki, and proud grandmother to Cameron, Thomas, Grace, Emily, Quentin, Javier, Aluzio, and Astrid Zarnowiecki, passed away on June 29th, 2022 at the age of 82. She is survived by her brothers John and Andrew Modrall and her sister Anne McLaughlin.

Susan's lifelong mission was to care for children's mental and emotional health, from her work as a clinical psychologist at Children's Hospital to her fostering of many infant children in her home.

Memorial service will be held at Church of the Nativity of Our Lord in Cincinnati at 4:00pm on Friday July 8th. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Heifer International .
