Sumaya David, peacefully passed away amongst her family in Cincinnati, Ohio on November 21, 2022 at age 81. She was the daughter of  Mahfouz and Rifka Khalilieh, wife of Nabih, mother of Nader (Ghada), Munther, and Maher (Kim), sister of Nicola, Jiries, Mary, Samira, and Inshirah , and sister to the late Saleem and Sammy Khalilieh. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Sumaya immigrated from Beit Jala, Palestine in 1961. Being a devout Christian born in the Holy Land, she dedicated her life to her husband, children, and to her God. Grace was in all her steps, heaven in her eye, in every gesture dignity and love.

Visitation and Viewing will be held Saturday, November 26  at St James Antiochian Orthodox Church 6577 Branch Hill Miamiville Rd. Loveland, OH 45140 from 9 to 11am. Funeral service will follow at 11am. Burial immediately afterwards at Gate of Heaven Cemetery at 11000 Montgomery Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45249. Mercy Meal will follow after burial at St. James Antiochian Orthodox Church.
