Sr. Betty "John Patrick" Downing, S.C., beloved member of the Sisters of Charity and preceded in death by two brothers, John and Robert Downing, and four sisters, Eileen Downing, Marguerite Downing, Kathleen Steuer and Patricia Molloy, also survived by many nieces and nephews, on Friday, May 7, 2004 at the Motherhouse of the Sisters of Charity, Mt. St. Joseph, OH. Visitation will be Monday, May 10th in the rear of the Motherhouse Chapel from 3 PM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 4 PM in the Motherhouse Chapel. Memorials may be made to the Sisters of Charity Retirement Fund, 5900 Delhi Road, Mt. St. Joseph, OH 45051.
