SHAWNA MAHAN (STAAT) passed away after her 8 year long battle with brain cancer at age 41. She leaves behind her Husband Patrick Mahan and her two Children Bradley and Allen Mahan, her Mother Tonia Guill (Hudson), her Father Michael Staat, her Step Father Donald Guill, her Brother Wayne Grote and Step Sister Dewana Dunn (guill). SHAWNA was a great Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister and friend. SHAWNA was a fighter, loved everyone, loved to be in nature, loved her two cats and always wanted a peaceful life. SHAWNA would go out of her way to help anyone and would never expect anything in return. SHAWNA could entertain you for hours with her funny stories, jokes and sense of humor. She has touched all of us in different ways. SHAWNA will be missed but never forgotten. Visitation Thursday, November 3 at the Gilligan Funeral Home, 8225 Montgomery at Galbraith from 6 to 8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Friday at All Saints Catholic Church, Kenwood. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
