Samuel "Sam" I. Waynick, 41, passed away on Monday May 13, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, Steve and Theresa Waynick, and his Niece Catherine "Katie" Waynick. He was survived by his loving Son Cameron Pattinson, Brother Steve "Boo" Waynick, and Sisters Billie and Sarah Waynick. Beloved Uncle of Elijah, Amber, Alex, Isiah, Olivia, Noah, Manny, and Josiah. Also, a Great Uncle to 9 Nieces and Nephews, and Cousin to many and dear friend to all.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at Gilligan Funeral Home, 3671 Warsaw Ave. Cincinnati, Ohio 45205 from 5pm to 7pm, followed by a Memorial Service.
