Sally A. Sullivan (nee Moore), beloved wife of William R. Sullivan, devoted mother of Teresa "Terri" (Paul) Madden and Mary (Scot) Caniglia, loving grandmother of Moira and Caitlin Madden, Taylor and Spencer Caniglia, dear sister of the late Tucker, Bud and Tim Moore. Departed Sunday, July 17, 2011 at the age of 84. No visitation. Memorial Mass 11 am on Thursday, July 21 at Madeira Health Care Center, 6940 Stiegler Rd., Cinti 45243.
