Ruth A. Schenk (nee Schell) beloved wife of the late Donald Otto Schenk, loving mother of Donna (Gary) Hockaday, and Susan (Charles) Davis. Cherished grandmother of Ashley Davis, dear sister of Robert Schell, Alberta Breslin, Rosemary Meyer and the late Ann Pelstring, Andrew Schell Jr., Mildred Ballman, Norbert Schell and Rita Schell. Departed on September 3, 2013 at the age of 85. Visitation will be on Saturday September 7, 2013 at St. Vincent Ferrer Church from 9:00 AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. http://www.stjude.org/donate.
