Rosie Peregrin was born in San Miguel, New Mexico on September 4, 1943. She joined her beloved husband in Heaven on July 15, 2016. Throughout Rosie's life she carried a tremendous will to survive the many challenges life can bring to bear while remaining steadfast in embracing the many joys of being a homemaker, wife, parent and grandparent. Rosie's greatest pride is found within her loving family. Over the years, Rosie spent her time collecting cookbooks and sewing machines and enjoyed refurbishing old hidden treasures like furniture, artwork, and tools. Rosie's passion for independence and curiosity were two of her most memorable strengths. Rosie was predeceased by her devoted husband of nearly 40 years, William C. Peregrin. She was also predeceased many brothers and sisters. Rosie is survived by her daughter Lisa Kinney and two grandchildren, Cameron Kinney and Baylee Kinney. A funeral service and greeting of friends and family to celebrate her life will be held Saturday, July 23rd from 10:30 AM until 11:30 AM at Gilligan's Funeral Home 8225 Montgomery Road Cincinnati, OH 45236. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Cincinnati or Alzheimer's Association.
