Rosalyn June Strickley, born on April 1, 1960 to the late Joseph & Margaret (June) Swift Strickley of Mt. Adams. She passed away peacefully on Sat., Nov 1st 2015 at the age of 55. Loving sister of William (Ruby) Strickley, the late Bunny (Art) Weingartner , Richard (Cecile) Strickley, the late Alice (Larry) Sexton, Margaret (late Bill Holcombe), Thomas Strickley (Tracy) Kathleen Strickley ( George), Marianne (late Steven Birkigt), Loretta Strickley-Hahn (Dan). Also survived by cousins, many nieces, nephews & great-nieces and nephews. Rose worked for Jackson Workshop & Franks Adult Center for over 30 yrs. She was always caring and loving and gave the best hugs ever. She will be missed by all. Visitation will at the Gilligan-Siefke-Grueter Funeral Home, 3671 Warsaw Avenue on Saturday, November 7th from 9 AM until Funeral Service at 10 AM. Interment will follow at St. Joseph (new) Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Rose's name to Heartland Hospice, 3960 Red Bank Road #140, Cinti OH 45227-3421. Family would like to thank the staff at Hospice and also Pristine Senior Living for their love and support while caring for Rose.
