Ronald A. Reis, passed away on March 19, 2025 at the age of 77. Known to many as Ron or Ronnie, he was a caring brother and uncle; a devoted husband and loving father; a cherished grandfather and a friend to many.

Born on February 17, 1948 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was the son of John and Mary Reis. He is survived by daughter, Allison (Lora) Garcia Reis and his siblings, Diane Button and John Reis. He is also survived by his two grandchildren: Brenden McSwain and Kynzlie Reis, and one great granddaughter: Brenna McSwain. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Reis and son, Eric Reis.

Ron was a Vietnam Veteran, serving in the U.S Army. He was a passionate supporter of the Cincinnati Bengals and was a huge fan of Rock and Roll. He retired from Cincinnati Bell where he enjoyed being in the community of downtown Cincinnati and OTR.

Visitation and a Funeral Service will be held at Gilligan Funeral Homes at 8225 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45236, on Saturday, March 22, beginning at 11:00am, with the service at 1:00pm. All who knew him are welcome to pay their respects and share stories of a remarkable man.
