Ronald Edward Buckman, age 68, of Norwood, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, May 3, 2018. Ron was born in Norwood, Ohio, on December 26, 1949. He graduated from Norwood High School. Ron will be lovingly remembered by his partner of 23 years, Monica Faw, his brother, Jack Buckman, his son Michael Buckman and his extended family. Ron is preceded in death by his parents Gertrude and Robert Buckman, his brother Roger Buckman and sister Charlene Evers. Ron was an avid golfer beginning at an early age as a caddie at Avon Golf Course. Sports was an integral part of his life, he enjoyed weight lifting. He also loved math, gardening and landscaping. He had a natural talent for painting, pen and ink drawings and home improvement projects. He loved competing in dart competitions and golfing with his buddies. Ron will be missed by all of his family and friends!! There will be an 11 AM graveside service on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at St. Joseph (New) Cemetery, 4500 Foley Road, Cincinnati.
