Robert L. Plogman, passed away at the age of 88 on Sunday, December 25th at Bethesda North Hospital. Husband of 59 years to Mary Elaine Plogman, Father to David R. Plogman, Grandfather to Edward A. and Audrey E. Plogman of Marcellus, NY. Brother of the late Bernard Plogman and the late Rita Picciano.

A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Bob was a talented artist and private pilot flying recreationally from Blue Ash airport.

Visitation to be held Friday, December 30th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Gilligan Funeral Home 8225 Montgomery Road. Funeral Mass to be held Saturday, December 31st at 10:00 am at the Community of the Good Shepherd, 8815 E. Kemper Rd.
