Robert E. Melvin, loving husband of the late Mary E. (nee Klingman) Melvin. Devoted father of Robert J. (Joyce) Melvin and Julie M. (Mark) Ulliman. Grandfather of Jessica, Rachel, Mary Elizabeth, Bobby, Brian and Anna. Robert was a U.S. Marine and a survivor of Iwo Jima. Died on April 1, 2013 at the age of 88. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday April 18, 2013 at All Saints Catholic Church, Cincinnati, at 3:30 PM and on Saturday, April 20 at Divine Providence Church, Chicago, at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Catholic Charities of Southwestern Ohio, 100 East 8th Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202.
