Ralph J. Howard, Jr., 82 years, passed away Sunday, February 5, 2006 at Meadowbrook Care Center in Montgomery, OH. A WW II veteran, Masonic Lodge #754 member and avid golfer he is survived by wife of 58 years, Allene (nee Loux) Howard. Children Janet (David) Spitzmuellar, Michael (Movita) Howard. Four grandchildren, Michael (Ravonda) Snapp, Tawnya (John) Dunn, Andrea (Richard) Chamberlain and Sherrie Howard. Five great-grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob and Stacie Snapp and Ryan and Alexis Chamberlain all of Cincinnati. Brother of the late Robert Howard & Gale Quinn. Funeral service & visitation will be held at Arlington Memorial Gardens Chapel, 2145 Compton Rd, Thursday, February 9. Family will receive friends for visitation from 1-2 PM, Funeral Service beginning at 2 PM. In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati, P.O. Box 633597, Cincinnati 45263-3597.
