Phyllis L. Otis (nee Ferrara), beloved wife of the late George W. Otis, loving mother of Steven (Diane) Smithson and Debbie (Ronald) Miller, devoted grandmother of Nicholas and Christopher Smithson and Megan Miller, passed away Friday, January 2, 2009 at the age of 79. Friends may call at St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church, 7754 Montgomery Rd on Tuesday, January 6 from 9:30 AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM.
