Peggy Anne Phelps, beloved wife of Raymond A. Phelps, Sr., devoted daughter of Agnes Williams and the late Jack Flynn, Sr., loving mother of Michael (Beth) Rogers, Gary (Theresa) Rogers, Kim (Rocky) Marion, Kevin (Monica) Phelps and the late Raymond A. Phelps, Jr., dear sister of Janet Luersen and Jack Flynn, Jr., also survived by 11 grandchildren. Monday, July 24, 2006 at the age of 60 years. Visitation Friday, July 28 at the Gilligan Funeral Home, 8225 Montgomery Rd. at Galbraith from 10 AM until Funeral Service at 11:30 AM.
