Patrick J. (PJ) Age 71, formerly of Mason, OH and Sneider Electric Square D, passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at Otterbein Nursing Home, Lebanon, OH. He was born in Co. Cavan, Ireland on May 9, 1942 and immigrated to the US in 1967. He was predeceased by his wife Colleen (Gilligan) and their son Brendan Mc Phillips. He is survived by his brothers Paddy and Frank Smyth and his sisters Marion Lynch (Martin) and Joan Smith (Sean) of Mullagh, Cavan , Ireland. Also uncles, aunts and cousins, nieces and nephews, survive him in Ireland, England and British Columbia as do in-law relatives in Mason, Ohio. Funeral services will be conducted at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, Lebanon, OH at 10.00 a.m. on Thursday, October 31, 2013. Arrangements are by Gilligan Funeral Homes.
