Patricia S. Giacometti (nee Belko) passed away peacefully Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at age 97. She was born in Wilmington, DE, March 2nd, 1924, where she met and married her husband of 77 years, Dean. Together they migrated to Cincinnati where Pat became active in the community, from fundraising and social activities to supporting Walnut Hills High School and the University of Cincinnati. The Mercy Hospital Guild benefited from her remarkable sewing and crafting skills where she volunteered over 11,000 hours, creating blankets, hats, and other items to comfort patients.

In addition to her husband, Pat leaves behind daughter Valerie Walton (Phil), two granddaughters, two great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and their families. She was predeceased by a daughter, parents, and siblings.

Visitation will be held Thursday, February 17, at 9:00 a.m., followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at Nativity Catholic Church where she and Dean were longtime members.
