Norma Ruocchio, 98, entered into eternal life on Sunday, January 11, 2026, with her granddaughter and grandson by her side at The Lodge Nursing & Rehab Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. A devout Catholic, Norma lived her faith with kindness and love for God and had a special devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary. She had been a member of St. Saviour Parish since 1977.
Born Norma Jean Weber on February 11, 1927, to Lucille Schad (Renshaw) and John Weber in New Albany, Indiana, Norma was an only child who lost her father at a very young age. She came from humble and modest beginnings that shaped her resilience. Much later in life, she and her late husband, Enrico, proudly owned and operated Enrico’s Slacks Plus on Blue Ash Rd. for 30 years.
Norma was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, with her family and dear friends at the center of her heart. She found joy in gardening, tending to her flowers, and preparing incredible Sunday dinners for years. Ensuring her family and dear friends were well-fed—and well loved—brought her great joy.
Her kindness and generosity were truly saintly. She never forgot a birthday, anniversary, or special milestone and delighted in making others feel remembered. Norma was witty, funny, and always made sure things were just right. With unwavering faith, she embraced her Catholic beliefs, finding strength and comfort in prayer and in God’s loving care throughout her life. She cherished her favorite pastimes—watching The Waltons and heartfelt Hallmark movies, cheering for her beloved Cincinnati Bengals and Reds, and spending time with the family and dear friends who adored her.
Norma lived with grace, humor, pride, and remarkable strength that was evident to everyone who knew her. She now rests in eternal peace, reunited with her loved ones in God’s heavenly embrace. Her remarkable life of love and faith will be remembered and cherished by her family and dear friends always.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Enrico Ruocchio; her parents, John Weber and Lucille Renshaw; her stepfather, Fred Renshaw; her daughter, Janet Reynolds Cobb; her son, Larry Reynolds Sr.; and her daughter-in-law, Donna Reynolds.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Robyn Weigleb (Shane), Chris Cobb, Teri Lancaster (Chris), Michael McNulty, Jennifer Mueller (AJ), and Larry Reynolds Jr. (Jessie); 12 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren. Norma was a dear friend to many and was blessed by the friendship of wonderful neighbors and church members. Visitation to be held on January 24th at St. Savior Catholic Church from 10-11 AM with a Mass of Christian burial to follow at 11 AM.
