Michael Mike James Melas of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, August 21, 2018. He was 72 years old. He was born on October 30, 1945, in Lima, Ohio. He is survived by his loving wife, Donna and his children Lori Penn (Mark), Lisa Rodriguez (Todd) and Lindsey Wabnitz (Scott). He was a proud grandfather of 8 grandchildren, McKenzie, Kate, Brock, Zo, Matty, Jack, Charlie, and Henry. He was a loving brother to Greg Reynolds and Janell Garcia. He was the son of the late Helen Reynolds and Maurice Melas. The Visitation will be on Sunday, August 26th from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Gilligan Funeral Home, 8225 Montgomery Road (Kenwood) 45236. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, August 27th, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at All Saints Catholic Church on 8939 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Mikes honor to the Catholic Charities of Southwestern Ohio.
