Melvin Joseph Speed, beloved husband of Mary Speed (nee Santel), devoted father of Mike (Becky) Speed and the late Ron Speed, father-in-law of Ann Speed, loving grandfather of John, Katie, Sean, Kevin and Patricia Speed, dear brother of Ruth Willer, Don Speed, Eileen Fiebig, John Speed and the late Thomas Speed. Departed Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at the age of 86. Visitation will be Saturday, April 21 at St. Vincent Ferrer Church, Kenwood, from 9 AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM.
