Melvin Dale Counts, II of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away suddenly at home at the age of 63. Born Jan 21, 1955, in Sidney, Ohio, Mel was preceded in his death by his parents, Melvin and Rosemary Counts and his sister, Cheryl Walden. He was a loving father and grandfather and is survived by his children, Joani (Matt) Pilgram, Lauren (Kurt) Drotleff, Patrick Counts (Erin), Erin (Javair) Gillett, Jordan Counts (Taylor) and his siblings Denise Hill, Jim Counts, and Cathy Counts Mertens. He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Isaac Pilgram, Abram Pilgram, Patrick Counts, Mary Carter Counts, Harrison Counts, Henry Drotleff, Annabella Gillett and many nieces and nephews. In keeping with the wishes of Mel, services will be held privately for family.
