Mary Jane Linneman (nee Kennedy) died peacefully in her home on January 28, 2013. Born on June 8, 1920 to Jeanette and Joseph Kennedy, she graduated from Withrow High School and the University of Cincinnati. In May of 1949 she married the "Light of Her Life" Robert Linneman. After more than 30 years Janie retired from Quincey House Interiors at age 87. She loved the theatre and held season tickets for the Broadway series for over 30 years. She was godmother to 15 nieces and nephews and was very devoted to her extended family. Her home was the focal point for holidays and family gatherings. Preceded in death by her husband Robert, and brother Joseph T. Kennedy. She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and their families, many friends and loving neighbors. Memorial Mass, 10:00 AM Saturday February 2, 2013 at All Saints Catholic Church, 8939 Montgomery Rd., with Visitation 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Memorials may be made to the Humane Society, or the Hospice and Palliative Care Division of St. Elizabeth Hospital, West Lafayette, IN.
