Mary Ellen Hefele, Beloved wife of the late Justin B. Hefele; devoted Mother of Janet Kruse of Reynoldsburg, Jerry (Chit) Hefele of Houston and Joyce (Steve) Huber of Oregonia. Loving Grandmother of Mary, Fran, Angie, Tina, Paula, Chris, Mike, Matt and Justin; Great Grandmother of Kyle, Kaitlyn, Eren, Justin Jr., Ian and Adrian. Dear sister of Len and Marty Bauer. She devoted her life to her family. She enjoyed gardening and traveling around the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Her family woke to her joyful singing every morning. She was an avid crossword puzzle solver. Passed away Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at the age of 86. Visitation will be Saturday August 9, 2008 from 9:30 am to 11 am at Gilligan Funeral Home, 8225 Montgomery Road at Galbraith. Deacon David Kruse will celebrate the Right of Christian Burial immediately following the visitation.
