Margaret (Peggy) Ann, nee Trice ESHMAN, beloved wife of the late George J. Eshman, loving mother of Susan Combs (John), and Karen Brewer (Brian), devoted grandmother of Jennifer and Michael Combs and Cuyler, Casey, and Colton Brewer. She was the daughter of the late Urie Lee and Mary Ann (McHugh) Trice. Peggy was a graduate of St. Ursula Academy, and served on the Alumnae Association Board for several years, as well as doing volunteer work for the Academy. She attended the University of Cincinnati where she was a member of the Theta Phi Alpha fraternity. Peggy worked at the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit for many years in a role she was proud of and excelled at. She had a passion for service shown thru her dedicated volunteer work at Bethesda North Hospital for many years, serving as President of the Bethesda Auxiliary for six years and a member of the Bethesda Foundation Board of Trustees. Peggy loved nature and loved feeding and watching birds outside her window. She also had a love for baking and was known to stop by friends or neighbors with a homemade cake just to brighten their day. Peggy was a devout Catholic, proud of her Irish heritage and known for her generosity and quick wit. Her compassionate spirit will be dearly missed and remembered by all who loved her.Arrangements were made through Gilligan Funeral Home.
