Luella Kaiser, 99, passed away at her residence at the Deupree Cottages in Hyde Park on April 1st. Her daughter, Doris Mayans, preceded her in death in February of this year and her husband, Leonard, in the 1960's. She was born in Collinsville, Illinois in 1911 and lived in Delhi for 47 years. She was a talented seamstress and worked for Mabley and Carew for many years. She leaves 6 step-grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. A funeral service for friends and family will be held at Gilligan Funeral Home at 8225 Montgomery Road, Kenwood, on Saturday at 11 am.
