"Billie" O'Brien (nee Spriggs), beloved wife of the late Herbert Hoover O'Brien, devoted mother of Barbara (Wayland) Mason, Charles (Jacquelyn) O'Brien, Rose Marie (late Charles) Coon, Brenda (Jim) Edwards, Patricia (Patrick) Smith, Linda Atkinson-Callaway(Shawn)and Wayne O'Brien, loving sister of Pauline (John) Kinney, Janet (Bob) Lucas and the late Arthur Spriggs and Wanda Matson, beloved sister-in-law and best friend of Edith Sexton, also survived by 19 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
