Kenneth E. Roat, devoted husband of the late Rita and Julia Meiser Roat, beloved father of Fran (Clay) Stinnett, dear brother of Louis Gordon Roat and the late Melvin Roat, loving grandfather of Jacob Ryan Stinnett, also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Departed Thursday, September 13, 2012 at the age of 91. No visitation. Mass of Christian Burial 1 PM Monday at All Saints Catholic Church, Kenwood.
