Julia Ann Donnelly, cherished daughter of James and Joan Donnelly; awesome sister of James Edward. Survived by adoring grandparents James and Jean Donnelly and Eleanor Gallagher; loving uncles and aunts Jim (Valerie) Gallagher; Brian (Robin) Gallagher; Mary Helen (Greg) Hedgebeth; Patrick (Patty) Donnelly; Michael (Sharon) Donnelly; Lee Anne (Thomas) Conroy; Jean (David) Beblo; Kathleen (Roberto) Espejo; Catherine (Marty) Buckley; Ned (Anne) Donnelly; Martha (Gary) Ray; Liz (Jim) Dolan; 36 cousins who were crazy about her; and a host of admiring friends. Preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Edward Gallagher. April 10, 2008, Age 17. About to complete her junior year at Mariemont High School, Julia was a member of the National Honor Society; the Spanish Club; the Key Club; Young Life, and CAPPIES, among other school and civic organizations, was part of the Jackie Demaline Theater Critics' Workshop, and was to be Editor of the MHS Warpath next year. She was an accomplished athlete and captained the MHS Junior Varsity women's soccer team. A memorial service will take place Wednesday, April 16, 7:00 p.m. at the Mariemont High School auditorium, where Julia performed in and crewed on many plays, including last month's West Side Story. Contributions in Julia's memory may be made to the Mariemont Schools Foundation.
