Judy Ann (Parker) Kurtz Passed away comfortably on Thursday, September 21 under the care of Hospice of Cincinnati after a lengthy illness. She was born in Corbin, Kentucky on June 22, 1947 to Imogene (Jean) Petrey Parker and the late Samuel J. Parker but resided in Ohio most of her life to include Amelia, Cincinnati, Maineville, Mason and Wilmington. She was a 1965 graduate of Amelia High School, received her Registered Nurse degree from the Bethesda School of Nursing and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from West Virginia Weslyan University. She was previously employed by the Home Health Service of Fayette Memorial Hospital, United Medical Resources, Charter Medical, Medco Peer Review, as well as Christ and Bethesda Hospitals in Cincinnati. Thomas F. Kurtz survives Mrs. Kurtz to whom she was married for 25 years; also sons Eric Thomas Kurtz of Mt. Lookout and Christopher Parker Kurtz of Columbus; daughter Sarah Elizabeth Kurtz of Clifton; her mother Imogene Parker of Mason; sister Kathy (Robert) Peirce of Mariemont; brothers Samuel (Phyllis) Parker of Fairfield and Richard (Connie) Parker of Williamsburg; several nieces and nephews; and in-laws Thomas and Kathleen Kurtz of Youngstown, Ohio. Memorial Services to be on Saturday, September 30 at 12 Noon in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery Chapel, Montgomery Road at I-275. The Rev. David Hawley will be officiating. Remembrances in lieu of flowers can be made to the Arthur James Cancer Hospital and Richard J.
