Joseph W. Kenney passed away on Thursday September 5, 2024, at the age of 92. Beloved husband to Marie Kenney (nee Reichelt) for 67 years, devoted father of Jay, Jeffrey (Carolyn), Michael (Peggy) and Kathleen Allgeier (Mark). He was preceded in death by his daughter in law (Peggy). Proud Grandpa to 8 grandchildren Julie Bressler (Gregg), Michael (Kristen), Megan Patzelt (Chris), Justin (Chelsie), Ryan (Lindsay), Angela, Rachel and Michael. Joe had 7 Great grandchildren Evie, Lila, Liam, Joanna, Sophie, Dawson and Kyrie and numerous nieces and nephews. Born in Cincinnati and a proud graduate of St. Xavier High School and Xavier University. Joe was also a veteran of the Korean War. Joe would do anything for you and always brought out the best in others. He had a warm smile and was extremely genuine and sincere. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Visitation at 5:00-7:00 on Thursday 9/19/24 at Gilligan Funeral Home 8225 Montgomery Road. Memorial Mass to be held Friday September 20, 2024 at 10:30 at Guardian Angels Church. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer's Foundation.
