Joseph L. DeCourcy, Jr. Beloved husband of Polly (nee Krieger), loving father of Connie (Bill) Cussen, Ludie (Jim) Bobbitt, Karen (Tom) Graham, dear brother of Dr. Neil B. DeCourcy and Helen (William J.) Williams, devoted grandfather of Paul (Peg) Cussen, Michael (Jenny) Cussen, Gregory Cussen, Jody (Missy) Graham, Brian (Nicole) Graham, Natalie Graham, Christa Bobbitt and 5 great-grandchildren. Joby served in public office for 32 years. During that time, he held the distinguished offices of City Councilman and Vice Mayor (City of Cincinnati), County Commissioner and Hamilton County Auditor, until his retirement. Tuesday, June 15, 2004 at the age of 81 years. No visitation.
