John Z. Sacksteder, age 72 of Kenwood passed away at home on Saturday, December 8, 2007 from complications of multiple myeloma and amyloidosis. He was native of Dayton, OH. John was a graduate of Chaminade High School and the University of Dayton. A 40 year member of Truck Trailer Association. John retired from Dayton Walther Corporation in 1990 after 32 years as Sales Manager and recently retired from Jost International Corporation after 16 years as National Accounts manager. Preceded in death by 2 brothers; Harry and Clifford, and his sister Collette. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Susan Vyszenski Sacksteder, daughters Julie (Peter) Klosky of Sterling VA, Sara (Mark) Testerman of Alpharetta GA and son David of Eagan MN, brothers Russell (Ellen) of Dayton OH and sister Marie Wallace of Trenton OH, 5 grandchildren; Ryan, Susie and Kevin Testerman, and P. Michael and Angelica Klosky. Visitation Thursday, December 13 at the Gilligan Funeral Home, 8225 Montgomery Rd. at Galbraith (Cincinnati) from 9 AM to 10:30 AM. Funeral Service follows at 1 PM at Calvary Cemetery Chapel, 1625 Calvary Dr., Kettering OH 45429.
