John R. Ellerhorst, age 68, died Saturday, January 12, 2019. John was the beloved husband of 36 years to Julie Betz Ellerhorst, devoted father of Nikki Nelson (Greg), Jeannie Kief (Jesse), Joseph Ellerhorst, Andrew Ellerhorst, treasured grandfather of Tony, Sophia, Gina, Gabi, Griffin, Alex, Daphne, Aria, Heidi Nelson, Max, Riley, and Lily Kief. Loving son of Margie Nienaber Ellerhorst and the late Jack Ellerhorst, dear brother of Dan (Lucy), Tom (Vicki), Patti, Scott and the late Steve (Lisa). John also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 22, 2019, from 9:00 am until 10:00 am Mass of Christian Burial, all at St. Vincent Ferrer, 7754 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236.
