Jennifer Jeanine Cecil (Cannon) was born July 10, 1979 to Janice (Doug) Rex and Joseph Cannon. Jen was the beloved mother of Joseph Scott Cecil, Jr. Loving sister of Jason Cannon, Jordan (Steven) Wright and Jayden Rex. Longtime companion of Jack Garner. Aunt of Luke, Dawsyn, Jenna, Wesley, and Eli. Jennifer graduated from Mother of Mercy High School in 1997. She leaves behind many friends as well, she didn't know a stranger. She is preceded in death by her grandfather Jack Ruth, and beloved grandma Josephine Ruth. Jennifer went to be with God on Wednesday November 10, 2021 at her home. Jen was a fun loving, goofy person who loved cats, coach purses and spending time with friends and family. Being a mom to Joey was the highlight of her life. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. In lieu of flowers, we'd ask for donations to juvenile diabetes research in Jennifer Cecil's name. A private celebration of life will be held November 15.
